Agreement
By accessing or using IQVer (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the institution you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Permitted use
IQVer is intended for legitimate educational assessment, live class delivery, and related proctoring workflows operated by schools, training providers, and their authorised staff and students. You must comply with applicable laws and your institution's policies when collecting monitoring data or recordings.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to bypass exam lockdown, monitoring, or access controls
- Sharing credentials or impersonating another user
- Uploading malware, abusive content, or data you do not have rights to process
- Reverse-engineering or reselling the Service without written permission
- Using the Service in violation of student privacy or employment law
Accounts & security
Institutions are responsible for provisioning accounts, setting strong passwords, and restricting admin access. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your deployment.
Disclaimers
IQVer assists with academic integrity monitoring but cannot guarantee that all cheating or misconduct will be detected. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IQVer and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by your institution in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if the Service is used at no charge.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where your institution is domiciled, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with support.iqver@gmail.com.
